All proceeds from the song and the EP's sales will benefit the (RED) organization's global fight against AIDS.</p> <p>The Cowboys' Christmas Ball sees The Killers perform a classic 1890 cowboy poem by Larry Chittenden, "The Poet-Ranchman of Texas", in irresistible hoe-down style.
